Synopsis
Danny Sorensen (ADAM TRESE “Polish Wedding,” “Palookaville”) is unlucky in love. He’s trying desperately to deal with his broken heart after being left by his fiancee, and to make matters worse, he finds himself surrounded by love as the best man at his sister’s wedding.
But things change when he meets the gorgeous and mysterious JoJo (RADHA MITCHELL “Pitch Black,” “Love and Other Catastrophes”) at the wedding, and his life begins to turn around.
But who is she? JoJo tells Danny that she is a wedding crasher, who loves to attend the weddings of strangers and enlists Danny to accompany her in her matrimonial adventures. To JoJo, watching a wedding is like watching a sunrise. For her, each one is a magical new beginning.
As they spend more and more time together, Danny finds himself falling in love with JoJo, only to find that, ironically, wedding-addicted JoJo has no intention of ever getting married. When JoJo realizes that Danny has fallen for her, she pulls away from him. She realizes that she has gone too far, and just as quickly as she appeared into his life, she vanishes.
Badly beaten by love for the second time, Danny meets Candice (MIA KIRSHNER “Exotica,” “The Crow: City of Angels,” “Mad City”), and immediately develops a strong connection with her. But even though he is given one last shot to get love right, he cannot seem to move beyond his fascination with JoJo. In spite of his bruised heart, love blossoms between Candice and Danny and, for once, Danny feels that things are finally right in his live, until JoJo reappears.
Surprising fat-filled twists unfold in this touching journey as love and destiny collide . . . with a little intervention from an angel.
