Mia Quoted

Rev – December 2001
“I hadn’t done nudity until this point, but it was one of those things where I read the script and just connected instantly. I don’t think I’ve ever had those kinds of feelings before. I’m really proud of the work and the film. I was very comfortable with it and my body, and nobody could talk me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I think the only time you should do nudity is when you’re comfortable with it and not being manipulated.”

“It actually becomes a very empowering thing to do nudity, frankly. It was my choice. It wasn’t in the script. I think everyone was shocked that I did it, but I said to myself before I started the film, ‘If I’m going to do something, I’m not going to do it at 10 percent, I’m going to do it 100 percent plus.’ There’s no way I’m going to be shy.”
